Human Cytochrome b-245 Beta Polypeptide ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of human NOX2/Gp91phox (Cytochrome b-245 beta polypeptide) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-NOX2/Gp91phox detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is <0.055 ng/ml and the standard curve range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 min.

Reported recovery (n=5) is 80–102% (average 91%) in serum, 81–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma and 80–89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity (n=5) is given at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum (87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, 92–97%), EDTA plasma (90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, 79–108%) and heparin plasma (84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, 89–91%).
