Human Cysteine Rich With EGF Like Domains Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CRELD1 (Cysteine Rich With EGF Like Domains Protein 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and the sandwich immunoassay principle: an antibody specific for CRELD1 is immobilised on the plate, standards and test samples are added, and bound CRELD1 is detected sequentially using a Biotinylated Anti-CRELD1 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. Following incubation with TMB substrate and addition of acidic stop solution, the resulting colour change is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the CRELD1 concentration is calculated from a standard curve.

The assay has a sensitivity of <0.113 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported sample recovery (n=5) averages 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81–101%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%).
