Human Cysteine Rich Secretory Protein 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CRISP3 in serum, plasma, saliva, sweat or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated microplate, with standards and samples captured by an immobilised anti-CRISP3 antibody, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-CRISP3 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. Bound CRISP3 is visualised using a TMB substrate solution that turns yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader for calculation against a standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is <0.68 ng/ml with a stated assay range of 1.87–120 ng/ml and total assay time of 4h 30m. Average recovery values from the manufacturer are 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81–101%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Reagent components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
