Human Cysteine Rich Secretory Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cysteine Rich Secretory Protein 2 (CRISP2) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and operates on a colorimetric detection platform, with absorbance read at 450nm using a microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.055 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.
