Human Cysteine Rich Protein, Angiogenic Inducer 61 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CYR61/CCN1 (Cysteine Rich Protein, Angiogenic Inducer 61) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-CYR61/CCN1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with a TMB substrate producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The assay standard curve covers 31.2–2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 13.4 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

Average recoveries across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix) were 91% (83–100%), 94% (90–99%) and 96% (91–101%), respectively. Dilution linearity is reported for each matrix at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
