Human Cysteine Rich Protein 1, Intestinal ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cysteine Rich Protein 1, Intestinal (CRP-1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-CRP-1 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.063 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Average recovery in serum was 91% (range 80%–102%), in EDTA plasma 90% (range 81%–100%), and in heparin plasma 84% (range 80%–89%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 was demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
