Human Cysteine Conjugate Beta Lyase, Cytoplasmic ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human CCBL1 (Cysteine Conjugate Beta Lyase, Cytoplasmic) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids.

The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for CCBL1. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by incubation with Biotinylated Anti-CCBL1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate solution is then used to visualise the HRP enzymatic reaction, producing a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of CCBL1 is calculated by reference to the standard curve. The assay has a sensitivity of 27 pg/ml and a measurable range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml, with a total run time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
