Human CYSLTR2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CysLT2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for CysLT2 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. It operates over a product range of 0.313–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL.

The 4-hour protocol uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody, followed by HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm, with the concentration of CysLT2 calculated by comparing the values with the standard curve. Sample recovery has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with linear dilution behaviour demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions.

Detection is colorimetric (OD450) and the kit is intended for use with a standard microplate reader.
