Human Cyclophilin B ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated anti-Cyclophilin B detection antibody combined with an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of <32 pg/ml and a working range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
