Human Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 3 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human CDKN3 ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the in vitro measurement of human Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 3 (CDKN3) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids, and the assay runs on a pre-coated microplate platform.

The plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for CDKN3, which captures CDKN3 from standards and samples. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-CDKN3 Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The HRP enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that converts to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the CDKN3 concentration is calculated from the standard curve. The assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of less than 0.053 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported recovery values include an average of 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Kit components comprise a lyophilised standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers, which should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
