Human Cyclin Dependent Kinase 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cyclin Dependent Kinase 2 (CDK2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids.

The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for CDK2. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where CDK2 binds to the immobilised capture antibody. After incubation and washing, a biotinylated anti-CDK2 detection antibody is added, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate. The HRP enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate solution, producing a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of CDK2 is calculated by comparison with the standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is less than 0.113 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
