Human Cyclin D1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Cyclin D1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for Cyclin D1 and the assay uses a biotinylated anti-Cyclin D1 detection antibody together with HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The product range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a stated sensitivity of 0.116 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported recovery in spiked samples averaged 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%), with n=5 per matrix. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions was 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% in serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% in EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% in heparin plasma. Supplied reagents include a lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
