Human Cyclin B2 ELISA Kit

The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated microplate. An antibody specific for Cyclin B2/CCNB2 is pre-coated onto the plate; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Cyclin B2/CCNB2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Visualization is achieved with a TMB substrate, producing a yellow product after addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. The assay has a sensitivity of <0.066 ng/ml and a range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, with an assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric and requires a microplate reader. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
