Human Cyclin B ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cyclin B in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-Cyclin B antibody, followed by HRP-Avidin detection with TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue product that turns yellow after addition of stop solution; the intensity is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and is proportional to Cyclin B concentration. The assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.124 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m.
