Human Cutaneous T-Cell Attracting Chemokine ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CCL27 (Cutaneous T-Cell Attracting Chemokine) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

The 96-well microtitre plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for CCL27. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and bound CCL27 is detected using a biotinylated anti-CCL27 antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change proportional to the amount of CCL27 captured, which is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve covers 31.2–2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <10.2 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validated recovery is 80%–102% in serum (n=5), 81%–100% in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80%–89% in heparin plasma (n=5). The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well plate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The kit should not be used past its expiration date.
