Human Cullin 9 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PARC (also listed as Cullin 9) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-PARC capture antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm. The total run time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.118 ng/ml and a quantitative detection range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Average recovery values across five replicates were 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions spanned 74–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma and 82–105% for heparin plasma. The kit is supplied with a lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated.
