Human Cubilin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cubilin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm.

The manufacturer states a product range of 0.781-50 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.34 ng/ml. Recovery values across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each) average 91%, 90%, and 84%, with individual ranges of 80-102%, 81-100%, and 80-89%, respectively. Across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, linearity spans 74-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 82-105% for heparin plasma (n=5 each). Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.
