Human CUB Domain Containing Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human CUB Domain Containing Protein 1 (CDCP1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-CDCP1 antibody with HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate for colorimetric detection at 450 nm.

The reported assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml. The standard assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and the assay is intended to be read on a colorimetric microplate reader. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery performance has been evaluated: serum samples (n=5) ranged from 80%–102% with a 91% average; EDTA plasma (n=5) ranged from 81%–100% with a 90% average; heparin plasma (n=5) ranged from 80%–89% with a 84% average. Sample dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices.
