Human Cross Linked C-Telopeptide Of Type II Collagen ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cross Linked C-Telopeptide Of Type II Collagen in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a Biotinylated Anti-Cross Linked C-Telopeptide Of Type II Collagen detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, and the result is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with the target concentration calculated from a standard curve.
