Human Crk Like Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Crk Like Protein (CrkL) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips; an antibody specific for CrkL captures the analyte, which is then detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CrkL Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration of CrkL is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

The stated assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and should not be used past the stated expiration date.

Reported recovery values include serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%, n=5), with dilution linearity reported across 1:2 to 1:16.
