Human CREB Regulated Transcription Coactivator 3 ELISA Kit

Developed by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CRTC3 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, utilizing a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for CRTC3. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, binding to the immobilized antibody.

Following incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-CRTC3 Antibody is added to bind the captured CRTC3. An HRP-Avidin conjugate is subsequently introduced. After further incubation and washing, a TMB substrate solution is used to visualize the enzymatic reaction, producing a blue product that changes to yellow upon the addition of an acidic stop solution. The concentration of CRTC3 is calculated by measuring the optical density absorbance at 450nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

The total assay time is 4 hours and 30 minutes. The kit has a sensitivity of 0.112 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. It is validated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, demonstrating recovery rates of 80% to 102%, 81% to 100%, and 80% to 89%, respectively.
