Human Coupling Factor 6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of human Coupling Factor 6 (ATP5J) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with colorimetric detection at 450 nm, employing an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate.

Performance characteristics include a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity below 0.068 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated recovery has been demonstrated in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in all three sample types. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.
