Human Copper Transporter 1 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, employing a biotinylated detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Reported sensitivity is <0.061 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the assay takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Validation data report the following recoveries across n=5 samples: serum 80%–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81%–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80%–89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity is also reported for each matrix. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
