From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Colony Stimulating Factor 2 Receptor Beta (IL-3RB) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for IL-3RB, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-IL-3RB Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quoted assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Recovery data (n=5) are reported across 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–101% (average 91%) for EDTA plasma and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma, with linearity assessed at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
