Human Collagen Type XV ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format and applies the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique: an immobilised antibody captures the target, a Biotinylated Anti-Collagen XV alpha 1 Antibody binds the captured analyte, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate together with TMB substrate produces a colour change that is stopped with acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
