Human Collagen Type IV Alpha 1 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit offers a measurement range of 0.937–60 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.45 ng/ml. In recovery testing across five replicates, average recoveries were 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Reagents should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
