Spike-and-recovery performance has been evaluated in human serum (average 91%, range 83-100%), EDTA plasma (average 94%, range 90-98%) and heparin plasma (average 95%, range 89-102%). Linearity has been demonstrated across dilution series of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (n=5) in each of these sample types.
