Human Coenzyme Q10 Homolog B ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Coenzyme Q10 Homolog B ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human COQ10B in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for COQ10B, together with a biotinylated anti-COQ10B detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Colourimetric detection is achieved with TMB substrate and the absorbance is read at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.124 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated recovery averages 91% for serum (range 83–100%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 91–103%), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 89–102%), with linear performance demonstrated across serial dilutions in each matrix.
