Human Coagulation Factor XI ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Coagulation Factor XI in plasma or other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with antibody specific for Factor XI, with detection via a biotinylated anti-Factor XI antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. According to the manufacturer data, recovery was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples, with average recovery values of 91%, 96% and 95% respectively across five samples each. Linearity of dilution was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 ratios in the same sample types.
