Human Coagulation Factor X ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Coagulation Factor X in plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate strip format with an anti-Factor X capture antibody, a biotinylated detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin reporting system. Colour development is achieved with TMB substrate and the absorbance is read at 450 nm on a standard colorimetric microplate reader.

Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The standard curve covers a working range of 93.8–6000 pg/ml with a sensitivity below 39.5 pg/ml. Average recovery has been validated at 91% in serum (range 83–100%, n=5), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90–103%, n=5), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89–102%, n=5). Linearity has been assessed across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Kit components are intended for storage at +4°C or -20°C as indicated in the protocol, and the kit is not to be used past its expiration date.
