Human Coagulation Factor VII ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Coagulation Factor VII in plasma or other biological fluids. The standard curve covers a measuring range of 46.8–3000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 19.56 pg/ml, and the full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported spike-and-recovery testing in serum (n=5; range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5; range 81–99%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5; range 80–89%, average 84%) showed consistent performance, with linear dilution behaviour maintained across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions for all three sample types.
