Human Coagulation Factor V ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Coagulation Factor V in plasma or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Factor V in standards and test samples is captured by the immobilised antibody, detected using a biotinylated anti-Factor V antibody together with an HRP-avidin conjugate, and visualised with TMB substrate read at 450 nm. The intensity of the yellow product is proportional to the amount of Factor V captured in each well. The kit has a quantitative measuring range of 62.5–4000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <23.9 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol, and the assay is read using a colorimetric microplate reader.
