Human Coagulation Factor IX ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Coagulation Factor IX (Factor IX/PTC) in plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-Factor IX/PTC detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.44 ng/ml with an assay range of 1.25–80 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Reactivity is for human samples, with validation performed on serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Average recovery is 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma, and dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 ranges from 74–108%. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
