Human Cluster Of Differentiation 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cluster of Differentiation 4 (CD4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with a pre-coated microplate platform (12 x 8 well strips) and colorimetric detection read at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

The product range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Spiking recovery averaged 91% for serum (range 80%–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, n=5), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, n=5). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions was demonstrated for serum (87%–107%), EDTA plasma (79%–108%), and heparin plasma (82%–105%).

Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the assay should not be used past the kit expiration date.
