Human Cluster Of Differentiation 34 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD34 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format in which CD34 in standards and test samples is captured by an immobilised antibody, then detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CD34 Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution; the intensity of yellow at 450 nm is proportional to the amount of CD34 captured and is quantified against a standard curve using a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a manufacturer-reported sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Validation data report mean recovery values of 91% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma (n=5 for each), alongside dilution linearity spanning 74% to 109% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for all three sample types. The pre-coated microplate is provided as 12 x 8 well strips, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated.
