Human Cluster Of Differentiation 276 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Cluster Of Differentiation 276 (CD276) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a sensitivity of <0.115 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

An antibody specific for CD276 is pre-coated onto the plate; standards and samples are added and captured CD276 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CD276 Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to CD276 concentration. Recovery and dilution linearity have been validated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
