Human Cluster Of Differentiation 109 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cluster Of Differentiation 109 (CD109). Designed for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids, the kit provides a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml.

The assay is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a colorimetric detection method with absorbance measured at 450 nm. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where CD109 is captured by an immobilised antibody; a biotinylated anti-CD109 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate are then added in sequence. TMB substrate is used to visualise the reaction, producing a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to the amount of CD109 captured in each well.
