Human Claudin 4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Claudin 4 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips); standards and samples are added to the wells, where Claudin 4 is captured by the immobilized antibody. Following incubation and washing, a biotinylated anti-Claudin 4 detection antibody is added, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration calculated against the standard curve.

Sensitivity is 0.057 ng/ml with a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The complete assay runs in 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
