Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Beta Polypeptide ELISA Kit

Spike-and-recovery performance in serum averaged 91% (range 80-102%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 90% (range 81-100%, n=5), and in heparin plasma 84% (range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with serum recoveries of 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% respectively; EDTA plasma recoveries of 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108%; and heparin plasma recoveries of 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91%.
