Human Chordin Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Chordin Like Protein 1 (CHRDL1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay covers a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.054 ng/ml.

An antibody specific for CHRDL1 is pre-coated onto the microplate. Standards and samples are added, and bound analyte is detected sequentially with a biotinylated anti-CHRDL1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed using TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution, yielding a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to CHRDL1 concentration. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colourimetric microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min.

Recovery has been validated in serum (n=5: 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5: 81%–101%, average 91%) and heparin plasma (n=5: 80%–89%, average 84%), with parallel dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 through 1:16 across each matrix.
