Human Cholecystokinin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (cELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cholecystokinin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids [S1]. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, and has a total assay time of 2 hours 30 minutes [S1].

The standard curve spans 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <4.55 pg/ml [S1]. Spike-and-recovery validation in serum (n=5) returned an average of 91% (range 80–102%); EDTA plasma (n=5) averaged 90% (range 81–100%); and heparin plasma (n=5) averaged 84% (range 80–89%) [S1]. Linearity was confirmed across serial sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma [S1].
