Human Cholecystokinin A Receptor ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cholecystokinin A Receptor (CCK1-R) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids [S1]. The plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for CCK1-R; bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-CCK1-R antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction visualised by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1]. The 96-well microplate is supplied as 12 x 8 well strips [S1].

The kit has a measuring range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.084 ng/ml, with an assay time of 4h 30m [S1]. Validation data (n=5) report average recoveries of 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types [S1].
