Human Chloride Channel Accessory 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Chloride Channel Accessory 1 (CLCA1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and is provided on a pre-coated microplate platform arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The workflow uses a biotinylated anti-CLCA1 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. CLCA1 concentration in each sample is calculated by reference to the standard curve. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Quoted performance specifications include a sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml.
