Human Chemokine C-X3-C-Motif Ligand 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CX3CL1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate and follows a standard sandwich immunoassay workflow: standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-CX3CL1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes on a pre-coated microplate platform (12 x 8 well strips). Recovery values across sample types are 80%–102% for serum, 81%–101% for EDTA plasma and 80%–89% for heparin plasma.
