Human Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Receptor 7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GPCR RDC1/CXCR-7 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for GPCR RDC1/CXCR-7 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate; standards and test samples are added and any analyte present is captured by the immobilised antibody. Captured analyte is then detected with a biotinylated anti-GPCR RDC1/CXCR-7 antibody, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with the reaction read as absorbance at 450 nm.

The kit covers a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml, and the full assay can be completed in 4 h 30 min. Reported spike-and-recovery values from n=5 samples average 91% (range 80–102%) for serum, 90% (range 81–100%) for EDTA plasma and 84% (range 80–89%) for heparin plasma.

Components include a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
