Human Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Receptor 6 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CXCR6 (Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Receptor 6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

The assay employs a pre-coated microplate platform with a biotinylated anti-CXCR6 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. The colourmetric reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The stated assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml, and the protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.

Reported spike-and-recovery values were 80–102% (average 91%) in serum, 81–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix). Dilution linearity was demonstrated across the same matrices at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.
