Human Chemokine C-Motif Ligand 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative determination of human XCL2 (Chemokine C-Motif Ligand 2) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-XCL2 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colourimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

The standard curve covers 0.156–10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.058 ng/ml. Recovery was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each): averages of 91% (range 80–102%) in serum, 90% (81–100%) in EDTA plasma, and 84% (80–89%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 yielded 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% respectively in serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% in EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% in heparin plasma.
