Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CCR7 (Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 7) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for CCR7 pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and CCR7 is captured by the immobilised antibody before detection with a Biotinylated Anti-CCR7 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a colour change proportional to CCR7 concentration that is read at 450 nm.

The kit has a sensitivity of 0.059 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. It is suitable for serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates. Reported recovery averages 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
