Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 6 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 6 (CCR6) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for CCR6; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-CCR6 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The reaction produces a blue-coloured product that becomes yellow after addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. The kit is for use with a colorimetric microplate reader, and component storage is at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Recovery has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5), with mean recovery values of 91%, 90%, and 84% and ranges of 80–102%, 81–100%, and 80–89% respectively. Linearity of dilution (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) gives recovery ranges of 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, and 89–91% for heparin plasma.
