Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human CCR3 (Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-CCR3 detection antibody with HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with the HRP reaction producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to CCR3 captured in each well. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and concentrations are calculated from a standard curve.

The reported assay range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 11.2 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Average recovery values across sample matrices (n=5) are 91% for serum (range 80%-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%-89%), with further dilution-linearity data reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
